Offer Based on Years of Experience

What does a Field Supervisor do?

• Complete required quality in-home compliance visits.
• Travel to multiple clients' homes nearly every day/week.
• Lead First Aid and CPR certification classes.
• Become certified in First Aid-CPR.
• Train as a Trainer to provide caregiver training.
• Lead new hire caregiver orientation and training.
• Complete new client opening paperwork.
• Meet with new clients to identify their needs and preferred visit schedule.
• Field-based role with local travel up to 50-60%. Requires a dependable vehicle, car insurance, valid driver's license. Bilingual preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong organizational and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions.
• Sensitivity to the needs of the aged and disabled, with conscientious client service.
• Knowledge of all State requirements under the Primary Home Care Program.
• Ability to handle crisis situations and problem-solving interventions.
• Ability to process time-sensitive material promptly.
