Job summary

Alchemy Financial Group is seeking motivated individuals for a field-based life insurance sales opportunity in your local area. No prior insurance experience is required, and you will receive structured virtual instruction, hands-on field coaching, and ongoing support as you learn the system and work consistently.

You will operate as an independent contractor (1099) with commission-based earnings and no guaranteed base salary.

• A state life insurance license is required; licensing details are reviewed before onboarding.
• Independent contractor (1099) with commission-based earnings; there is no base salary.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess insurance needs.
• Explain life insurance options clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with prospective clients by phone, video, and in person.
• Complete applications accurately and comply with carrier rules.
• Maintain an organized schedule and weekly activity.
• Participate in coaching, training, and team accountability.
