Job summary

Kemper Corporation is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent for Milwaukee, with a field-sales focus and a sign-on bonus. You will visit current and prospective clients to present Kemper Life products, collect premiums, and close new policies.

In this role, you’ll build an established book of business, operate with autonomy, and earn uncapped commissions along with a sign-on bonus and benefits. You must be fully licensed to sell Kemper Life products and maintain valid credentials.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life products (Life, Health, P&C).
• Customer service experience is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate home visits and conduct sales presentations, close new policies.
• Prospect for new sales opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Collect premiums on pre-arranged schedule and complete policy paperwork.
