Kemper is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent in Greensboro, Alabama to build a local book of business through direct home visits, policy sales, and client service.

This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus, uncapped commissions, and a pay-for-performance plan with opportunities for growth, awards, and travel incentives.

Candidates must be licensed to sell Kemper Life products, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience.
• Must be fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life products (Life, Health, P&C).
• Valid driver’s license with required auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate home visits, present sales proposals, close new policies.
• Maintain client relationships and collect premiums on a pre-arranged schedule.
• Grow assigned territory with ongoing prospecting and service requests.
