EXL’s Castle High Value and Risk Control divisions are the nation’s leading residential and commercial insurance survey providers. This Field Insurance Inspector role is based from your home office with daily travel to client sites in the Sacramento, CA area.

Total compensation targets $23–$25+ per hour, consisting of base hourly wage and production-based incentives; incentive pay is uncapped and not sales-based.

Pay Details:

• Total compensation for this position is targeted at $23-$25+ per hour. The target total compensation consists of a base hourly wage and production-based incentive pay. Field Inspector incentive pay is a function of personal productivity and is uncapped. Incentive Pay is not sales based.
• Pay Type: Hourly plus production incentives,inaccordance with EXL’s policies.
