Job summary

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and a General Lines Property and Casualty license within 45 days, plus strong typing and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must obtain General Lines Property and Casualty license within 45 days of employment.
• Typing minimum 45 words per minute with up to 5% error rate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and complete tasks independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to members and insureds in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Support County Farm Bureau operations and assist CAAP Supervisor and Agency Manager as needed.
• Prepare for General Lines Property and Casualty license exam and study materials.
• Collaborate with team to ensure daily tasks are completed, including cross-training.
• Assist applicants with membership applications and renewals.
• Monitor daily deposits and delinquent membership reports; contact members as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and reports.
• Handle issues with county offices and escalate where appropriate.
• Adhere to Driving and Safety Policy requirements and other duties as assigned.
