Texas Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company seeks a Customer Care Representative Trainee (CCRT) to provide primary support for members, agency force, and county staff in an omni-channel contact center. You will assist with policy products, billing, and online services, and support policy administration systems across the agency network.

Responsibilities include handling policy transactions, billing inquiries, and data entry, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Texas Agent or Producer license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Experience in call center or customer service environment.
• Typing 50 WPM with a max 10% error rate.
• Operate 10 key by touch.
• Adequate math skills.
• Advanced computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective interpersonal verbal skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Effective written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work a varied schedule as requested.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and driving record acceptable for business use.

Responsabilités

• Issuing, rating, billing, and maintaining members' insurance products.
• Policy and billing analysis, correspondence, and policy maintenance activities.
• Member user support for online account services.
• Agency force and county staff user support for policy administration and billing systems.
• Provide explanations related to policy transactions, billing, premium, and rating.
• Correspond with members via call center channels (email/letter/fax) to inform of status and changes.
• Modify, update, and process existing policies as requested.
• Maintain policy data and files according to guidelines.
• Handle monies received per company processes.
• Maintain knowledge of guidelines and procedures for assigned services.
• Perform tasks in Policy Services as needed.
• Process PPC Rating, Insurance Scoring, Pro-Rates, and Non-Rate calculations.
• Use Excel to transcribe/enter data for documents and production tracking.
• Comply with Certified Fleet operator requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
