Job summary

Texas Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join the Policy Services - CAAP team. You will provide friendly service to members and insureds in person, by phone, and online, while supporting county bureau operations and board activities.

You will study for the General Lines Property and Casualty license exam, cross-train with colleagues, assist with membership applications and renewals, and ensure accurate, confidential handling of information in a busy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• License: General Lines Property and Casualty must be obtained within 45 days of employment.
• Typing speed of 45 WPM with maximum 5% errors.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to members and insureds in person, by phone, and online.
• Assist in promoting County Farm Bureau activities and support the CAAP Supervisor/Agency Manager as needed.
• Study for General Lines Property and Casualty license exam.
• Cross-train with team members to cover daily duties.
• Assist with membership applications and renewals.
