Job summary

Williams is seeking a technically skilled engineer to perform a range of moderately difficult assignments ensuring system integrity and compliant operations across oil & gas sites. You will mentor teammates, train partners, and participate in project planning with company partners.

Required: associates degree or equivalent with 6+ years in oil & gas; preferred: bachelor’s in engineering and 10+ years in field operations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience and minimum six years in oil & gas industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field and minimum ten years of progressive field operations experience.
• Must possess valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderately difficult assignments to ensure system integrity, support pipeline operations, maintain compliance and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoots/resolves sophisticated problems using technical evaluation, innovation and judgment.
• Develops, presents and trains internal and external partners; may mentor others.
• Participates in project planning and works closely with company partners.
• Leads development and tasks associated with operations, equipment maintenance, technical standards and/or governmental requirements.
• Reads, understands and evaluates engineering design documents, contracts and agreements.
• Other duties as assigned.
