Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) with 2–5 years of relevant experience, or 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in oil, gas, refinery, petrochemical, minerals processing or power generating station construction.
• Ability to work in a field construction environment with codes, procedures, and vendor instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction drawings and sketches.
• Interface in planning construction methods and procedures.
• Initiate field purchase requisitions.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs of materials and equipment.
• Verify quantities in tracking systems or databases.
• Ensure safety and quality control standards are followed.
• Review subcontractor submittals and coordinate inspections.
