Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, seeks Installers to travel to residential or commercial sites, install equipment, test performance, and clean up after projects.

The role is hands-on, with industry training and equipment provided, offering strong team collaboration and growth within a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of installation tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.
• Foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and uphold the company’s reputation.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success.
• It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.
