You will perform general construction tasks, assist with product installation, lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain safety standards while contributing to project success.

Qualifications

• Experience using trade-specific installation tools.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Dig, back-fill trenches, and clean sites.
• Assist with installation of products under supervision.
• Load and deliver materials up to 50 lbs.
• Enter crawl spaces and basements for repairs.
• Work outdoors in varying weather; follow safety standards.
• Follow company policies and maintain professionalism.
• Foster teamwork and support project goals.
• Report to work on time daily.
• Take on additional tasks as needed.
• Maintain equipment and tools responsibly.
