Job summary
Groundworks is seeking skilled Installers to install foundation and water management solutions at residential and commercial sites in Alabama. You will work with experienced crews, receive comprehensive training, and help ensure high-quality results.
Responsibilities include site preparation, equipment installation, troubleshooting, and safe handling of materials. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required. Benefits and growth opportunities are provided.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of trade-specific tools and correct use of equipment.
- Previous experience in the construction industry.
- Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Travel to residential or commercial sites to install equipment and troubleshoot.
- Test equipment and ensure proper operation after installation.
- Assist with product installation under supervision.
- Load and deliver materials (up to 50 lbs) to job sites.
- Enter crawl spaces and basements for repairs.
- Work outdoors in varying weather while maintaining safety standards.
- Contribute to teamwork and uphold company reputation.
- Maintain punctual attendance as an essential function.
