Qualifications

• Experience in general construction labor and working with installation tasks.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks: digging, trench back-fill, site clean-up.
• Assist with product installation under supervision.
• Load and unload heavy materials up to 50 lbs to/from sites.
• Access crawl spaces/basements for repairs as needed.
• Work outdoors in varying weather with safety practices.
• Follow instructions and safety/workplace policies; maintain professionalism.
• Support team goals and foster positive relations on site.
• Punctually report to work as required.
