Job summary

Cook & Boardman, LLC is seeking a field installations supervisor to coordinate and oversee a team of 5–6 installers on active job sites. You will attend weekly site meetings, assign daily work, and ensure installations meet project specs and safety standards.

Responsibilities include analyzing drawings and orders to plan layouts, maintaining records, and acting as the liaison between installers and project managers to optimize efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry 25–50 lbs frequently.
• Experience using power tools such as saws and drills.
• Industry experience with installation of building materials preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Attends job site weekly meetings.
• Schedule and supervise installers each day on the job sites.
• Analyze drawings, sketches, work orders to plan layout and assembly.
• Liaison between Installers and Project Managers.
• Keep detailed records of installation requirements and project specs.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
