Job summary

Stadionic seeks established installation crews to partner as independent 1099 subcontractors on nationwide and international projects. Roles include netting, turf, padding, and pole installations at stadiums, arenas, schools, and sports facilities.

Teams provide their own crew, tools, and transportation, with projects scheduled per site needs, including nights and weekends around events. As contractors, you manage tax and insurance costs, work to Stadionic specs, and report daily progress with

Qualifications

Registered businesses with EIN and a completed W-9.
General liability insurance naming Stadionic as additional insured.
Own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation.
Safety at heights; OSHA 10 or 30 preferred for crew leads.
Clear daily progress updates and photo documentation.

Responsibilities

Netting installations: backstop, barrier, ball-stop, netting systems at facilities.
Turf installations: synthetic turf prep, seaming, infill, line marking.
Wall padding installations for gym and stadium areas.
Pole installations for backstops and bollards; other structural installs.
Perform additional facility work: curtains, bleachers, windscreens, maintenance.
Complete work per Stadionic specs and site safety requirements.
Provide daily progress updates and photo documentation to project manager.
