Job summary

Stadionic is expanding its network of installation partners across the United States and internationally, seeking established crews as independent 1099 subcontractors. Projects vary from single-day to multi-week stadiums, arenas, and facilities.

You provide your crew, tools, and insure labor costs, with Stadionic guiding safety and project specs. Expect pay per project, own equipment, and coordination by a Stadionic project manager.

Qualifications

• Registered businesses: LLC, corporation, or sole proprietorship with EIN and W-9.
• Insurance: General liability with Stadionic named as additional insured; workers' comp as required by state law.
• Tools & transportation: Your own tools and reliable transportation.
• Safety at heights: Able to work at heights and operate lifts; OSHA 10 or 30 preferred for crew leads.
• Communication: Clear daily progress updates and photo documentation.
• OSHA 10/30: OSHA certification levels preferred for crew leads.

Responsibilities

• Netting installations: backstop, barrier, and ball-stop netting; batting cages; netting for golf and driving ranges; ceiling, divider netting; pole, cable, and hardware installation.
• Turf installations: synthetic turf for fields and indoor facilities; site prep, seaming, infill, and line markings.
• Wall padding installations: gym and stadium padding; logos on padding.
• Pole installations: poles for backstops, barrier netting, foul poles, etc.
• Additional facility work: dividers, bleachers, windscreens, field accessories, repairs, removals, maintenance.
• Complete work per Stadionic specs, manufacturer guidelines, and site/safety rules.
