About the role

Stadionic is seeking established installation companies and crews to partner with us as independent 1099 subcontractors on projects across the United States, with select international opportunities. Projects range from single-day projects to multi-week installations at stadiums, arenas, training centers, schools, and sports complexes. Schedules are set per project, and nights and weekends may be needed around facility event schedules. As independent contractors, partners control how the work is performed, provide their own crew, tools, and equipment, and are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and labor costs.

What will I do in this role?
  • Netting installations: backstop, barrier, and ball-stop netting; batting cages; golf and driving range netting; ceiling and divider netting; pole, cable, and hardware installation.
  • Turf installations: synthetic turf for fields, indoor facilities, and training areas, including site prep, seaming, infill, and line markings.
  • Wall padding installations: gym, stadium, and field wall padding; pole and post padding; custom padding with logos.
  • Pole installations: poles for backstops, barrier netting, foul poles, and more.
  • Additional facility work: divider curtains, bleachers, windscreens, field and court accessories, repairs, removals, and maintenance service.
  • Complete all work to Stadionic specifications, manufacturer guidelines, and each facility's site and safety requirements.
  • Provide daily progress updates and photo documentation to your Stadionic project manager.
