Job summary

dormakaba is seeking a Field Operations Project Manager based in Oklahoma City, OK. This role oversees new installations or site modernizations, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence. You will coordinate with vendors, staff and customers, manage budgets, and transition projects from sales to fulfillment.

Travel up to 10% within OK and KS is required. A BS in a technical field is preferred, with PMP certification as a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in construction, automatic door, electrical, or door hardware industry.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; able to troubleshoot technical concepts.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time across Oklahoma and Kansas.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects through vendors, sub-contractors, and staff.
• Ensure smooth transition from sales to fulfillment.
• Coordinate installation schedules and customer training after completion.
• Prepare budgets, schedule expenditures, and analyze variances.
• Maintain project documents electronically per process.
