ActionLink is seeking a hands-on Technician Team Leader in Grand Rapids to oversee retail installation projects, merchandising, and display builds. You will lead fixture installations, coordinate onsite teams, and ensure safety and high-quality execution across client stores.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication to drive projects to completion on time and within scope. Occasional travel to client sites and evenings may be required.
