Job summary
ActionLink in Oxnard, CA is seeking an ActionLink Technician Team Leader to guide retail installation, merchandising, and display projects on-site. You will lead fixture installations and technology integrations while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion.

Qualifications
- Proven leadership and ability to coordinate teams
- Experience in retail merchandising and fixture installation
- Ability to read planograms and installation guides
- Experience with consumer electronics displays
- Strong communication and time management
- Reliable smartphone and access to laptop/PC
- Willingness to travel for projects
