Job summary

Texas Wash Works, LLC is seeking an Installation and Welding Technician to install, assemble and repair vehicle wash equipment at customer locations across Houston and surrounding areas. The role blends welding and fabrication with mechanical installation and on-site troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, able to read blueprints, and willing to travel. Competitive hourly pay and hands-on equipment access support the position.

Qualifications

• Welding, fabrication, construction, or related mechanical experience preferred.
• Ability to read measurements, blueprints, installation drawings, and equipment documentation.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to travel and work at various customer locations, including overtime or nontraditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble vehicle wash equipment, components, frames, and accessories at customer locations.
• Perform welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication work using approved methods and equipment.
• Modify or fabricate components to meet project specifications.
• Read and follow blueprints, equipment drawings, measurements, installation instructions, and work orders.
• Travel to customer locations and stay overnight when required.
• Inspect completed work to ensure proper installation and functionality.
• Assist with testing, start-up, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
