ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support equipment and facilities across our Texas locations. This hands‑on role emphasizes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair to keep car wash systems running safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in industrial or mechanical maintenance, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to travel between Texas sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in maintenance, equipment repair, or related skilled trades.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on car wash equipment and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Repair, replace, and adjust equipment components to prevent downtime.
• Maintain pumps, motors, conveyors, belts, bearings, sensors, valves, plumbing, and related systems.
• Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before major repairs.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance needs.
