Nextlink Internet is seeking a Field Installation Technician to perform on-site installations, service visits, and equipment troubleshooting at customer locations. You will configure networking equipment, diagnose issues, and update customer databases while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent customer service and technical aptitude essential.
- Ability to perform on-site installations and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site customer installations and service visits.
- Troubleshoot and restore connectivity for customers.
- Configure routers and network equipment for Internet access.
- Complete site surveys to evaluate serviceability and plan installations.
- Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required.
