Job summary

AT&T in Santa Cruz and Watsonville seeks Installation Technicians to install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services for customers at their homes and businesses. You will work independently as a trusted expert, meeting new people daily and solving problems.

Role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up-to 60 lbs. Extensive paid training and benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to identify wire and cable colors.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Pre-employment assessments may apply.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customer sites.
• Work independently at customers’ homes and businesses as a trusted expert.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic connectivity issues during visits.
• Meet new people daily and deliver best-in-class service.
