As a Field Installation Technician, you’ll lead the deployment, installation, and troubleshooting of advanced technology solutions for clients nationwide. This role offers consistent travel, hands‑on work, and exposure to large-scale projects across retail, restaurant, and commercial environments.

What You’ll Do

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot:POS systems
• Network infrastructure (routers, switches, wireless access points)
• PCs, peripherals, and related hardware
• Execute low-voltage cabling installations:Pull, route, and terminate Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optic cabling
• Test and validate connections using industry-standard tools
• Conduct pre-installation site surveys to assess layout, identify risks, and ensure efficient execution
• Partner with project managers, clients, and field teams to deliver projects on time and to spec
• Maintain accurate documentation, including installation reports and project updates
• Uphold safety standards and represent the company with professionalism at all customer sites
• Manage and maintain tools, equipment, and materials in the field

What You Bring

• Hands‑on experience installing and supporting POS systems, networking equipment, and PC hardware
