Job summary

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–5 years of experience in hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical equipment repair.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years experience in repair and service of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Timely and proper inspection, repair, maintenance, and installation of customer equipment.
• Develop and maintain good customer relations.
• Compliance with all company policies and safety guidelines.
• Perform installation, inspection, and repair of equipment in the field.
• Guide other technicians as skills develop, including training.
• Complete paperwork for field service and safety forms.
• Maintain compliance with Field Service Technician Handbook.
• Operate service vehicle in DOT compliance and handle related tools.
• Follow customer-specific requirements on work sites.
• Coordinate with other departments to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Occasional domestic overnight travel for training or support.
