Job summary

A leading technology company in New York, NY is seeking a Field Installation Technician to perform field service, installation, and onsite support for A/V equipment. The role requires excellent customer service, technical skills, and the ability to work independently. Candidates should have an Associates degree in a technical field and experience in a similar role, with a focus on effective communication and problem-solving. Qualifications

• 2 to 4+ years of professional work experience in a technical role, preferably in an A/V company.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing to provide documentation on completed installations.
• Comfortable working on a ladder for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Install displays and A/V equipment at customer locations independently or with a team.
• Maintain and service installed products at customer locations.
• Provide training and certification to integrators on site when appropriate conditions apply.
