Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in routing, scheduling, or appliance installation
• Experience installing appliances as lead is acceptable
• Experience with standard hand tools and lifting devices

Responsibilities

• Direct Reports: 8-12 Installation Technicians
• Manage installation teams and coordinators across projects
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate installation activities to meet timelines
• Verify paperwork and documentation related to installations
• Lead vendor relations regarding pricing and products
• Lead installation teams, delivery, and installation coordinators
• -coordinate activities of project personnel and communicate with customers
• Represent associates in leadership meetings and address concerns
