Ferguson seeks an Installation Manager - Appliances to lead field-based installation teams in Brookshire and Spring, TX. The role focuses on directing installers, coordinating with sales and showrooms, and ensuring high-quality installation practices across multiple projects.

The successful candidate will travel locally, manage 8–12 technicians, and work with vendors to optimize delivery and installation processes. Strong customer service and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with routing/scheduling or appliance installation; lead experience is a plus.
• Proficient with hand/electric tools and lifting devices.
• Focus on improving efficiencies and business practices.
• Excellent customer service is essential.
• Detail-oriented, with integrity and professionalism.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Direct Reports: 8-12 Installation Technicians.
• Lead appliance install team to support sales and install quality.
• Coordinate with vendors on pricing and products.
• Plan and schedule installation activities to meet timelines.
• Represent the organization to customers and colleagues at sites.
• Ensure paperwork and installation documentation are accurate.
