Job summary

National Carwash Solutions is seeking a Field Operations Manager to oversee the installation and service of carwash systems across multiple sites, including Gainesville, FL, and other locations. You will manage and direct diverse field teams to deliver complete customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards.

You will lead safety training, organize ERP and system training for regional staff, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of similar work experience.
Proven experience in new business development and revenue goals.
Experience connecting with customers to build trust and relationships.
Strong leadership and influence without authority.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
Proficient with MS Office apps and CRM software.
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
Clean driving record with limited violations.

Responsibilities

Train service technicians on safety and job requirements; supervise and mentor staff.
Organize and deliver ERP training for field personnel; strengthen system proficiency.
Provide ERP support to regional managers and resolve complex issues.
Conduct quality assurance to assess service performance and drive corrective actions.
Promote preventive maintenance and parts programs; manage inventory processes.
Lead Kaizen events and drive continuous improvement across territories.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and safety policies.
