Job summary

National Carwash Solutions, based in Gainesville, FL, seeks a Field Operations Manager to oversee installation and service of carwash systems and accessories within the assigned region. You will lead a field team, ensure safety, and drive service excellence across the territory.

You will train technicians, manage ERP usage, and collaborate with regional managers on performance metrics, inventory, and process improvements to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of similar work experience.
• Proven experience in new business development, achieving revenue goals, and managing sales strategies in line with company objectives.
• Experience connecting with customers to build trust and strong relationships.
• Strong leadership and influence without authority.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to small and large groups.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Perceptive listener with ability to ask pertinent questions and hold business units accountable for data and analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple objectives, tasks, and clients.
• Solid computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data and explain analytics to customers.

Responsibilities

• Train new service technicians on safety and technical requirements and supervise field staff.
• Organize and deliver technical training programs to elevate skill levels.
• Deliver ERP training and provide advanced ERP support to regional managers.
• Provide technical support to field personnel and resolve field-level challenges.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and implement corrective actions.
• Promote preventive maintenance and related sales programs; maintain records.
• Manage inventory planning and parts replacement with focus on availability.
• Oversee inventory processes and ensure accountability to company standards.
• Lead Kaizen events and drive continuous improvement across territories.
• Drive rollout of new initiatives with clear communication and alignment.
• Provide recommendations and projections on service expenses and revenue to senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain regional dashboards and performance reporting.
