You will monitor construction activities, document progress, and communicate with engineers, clients, and contractors to ensure compliance with plans and standards.

The role requires 10+ years in construction inspection, travel to project sites, and the ability to read drawings and specs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction inspection or related field.
• Experience with water, wastewater, pipeline, or heavy civil construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Observe and inspect ongoing construction activities for compliance with plans, specs, permits, and standards.
• Inspect water, wastewater, and related pipelines, pump stations, and facilities.
• Document inspection results, testing observations, and QA/QC activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, owners, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain daily inspection reports and assist with quantity verification and contractor payments.
