Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of construction or site inspection experience, preferably in site development.
• Ability to read and interpret civil/site plans and drawings.
• Comfortable working on active construction sites.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections of site development and infrastructure construction.
• Monitor contractor activities for compliance with approved plans.
• Inspect trenching operations and utility installations.
• Conduct and observe compaction and field density testing.
• Maintain daily reports and inspection logs.
• Coordinate with contractors and municipal staff.
