NOVA Engineering & Environmental is seeking a Site Development Inspector to support commercial development, utility, and public infrastructure projects in the Naples, Florida area. This role performs field inspections to verify work aligns with approved plans, permits, and municipal requirements.

The ideal candidate will read and interpret civil construction plans, identify critical site features such as property lines, ROW boundaries, stormwater infrastructure, and utility systems.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret civil construction drawings, site plans, grading plans, and construction specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document field observations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform field inspections and construction observations on commercial development, utility, and public infrastructure projects.
• Read and interpret civil site plans, utility plans, grading plans, drainage plans, and construction details to verify compliance.
• Identify property lines, ROWs, utility corridors, stormwater systems, and other site features shown on plans.
• Observe construction activities and monitor contractor performance.
• Document field conditions with daily reports, photos, measurements, and inspection records.
• Support project closeout activities and punch-list verification.
