• Perform inspections of traffic control, environmental controls, layout, construction methods and materials.
• Determine acceptance or rejection of daily contractor reports and verify QC procedures.
• Review material testing procedures and results for contract conformance.
• May perform sampling and/or in-place testing of soils, aggregate base, concrete and asphalt pavement.
