Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Welding certificate program or vocational training preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint and technical documents
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reporting tools
• Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Certification in inspection-related fields (ACI, ICC) preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Help ensure the quality and safety of major construction and infrastructure projects.
