Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or welding certificate preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in field inspections or materials testing.
• Industry certifications strongly preferred (e.g., ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician, ICC certifications).
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, standards, and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Perform field inspections and materials testing across a variety of construction projects.
• Work independently with limited guidance while applying project specifications, standards, and building codes.
• Identify issues in the field and communicate findings clearly to project teams, engineers, and clients.
• Produce accurate, detailed inspection findings.
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor and train junior inspectors.
• Continue developing your technical expertise and maintaining relevant industry certifications.
