This role requires 0-2 years of experience and the ability to read plans, perform basic calculations, and report findings clearly. You will collaborate with clients and contractors, work in varying weather, and may require night shifts.

Qualificações

• 0-2 years of experience.
• Ability to understand construction plans, specifications, and procedures.
• Basic math skills including geometry and trigonometry.
• Fluent reading, writing, and communication.
• Work effectively as a team member and complete daily reports by hand and computer.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed reports documenting construction progress and testing results.
• Record daily forms per project requirements.
• Review all work for completeness and accuracy prior to submission.
• Maintain necessary records, measure field quantities, conduct field tests, and other tests as required to determine contractors’ compliance with contract specifications.
• Submit accurate timesheets, mileage, and expense reports on time each week.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, staff, and supervisors.
