Job summary

Southern National Roofing is hiring for a Field Inspector to identify homes that may qualify for a free roof inspection and schedule appointments with homeowners. This ground-level, field-based role emphasizes strong people skills and a direct, in-person approach.

Ideal candidates come from customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar roles and are comfortable engaging with the public. On-site work with a clear path to higher earnings is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Comfortable talking to people face-to-face.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, Mon–Sat, 9am–7pm.

Responsibilities

• Walk assigned residential neighborhoods.
• Speak directly with homeowners at their homes.
• Perform basic, ground-level visual inspections.
• Explain our free roof inspection service.
• Schedule inspection appointments.
• Work outdoors and stay active.
