Job summary

Southern National Roofing is hiring a Field Inspector in a full-time W-2 role. You’ll identify homes for free roof inspections, schedule appointments, and educate homeowners.

This is ground-level work, not roof climbing, with pay including hourly plus commission and bonuses. We offer paid training, a path for advancement, and opportunities in a growing residential roofing company recognized in top industry lists.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for direct homeowner interaction.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude in client-facing settings.
• Ability to work 40 hours Mon-Sat between 9am-7pm and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential areas from ground level for free roof inspection eligibility.
• Schedule inspection appointments with homeowners and coordinate with team.
• Educate homeowners about our free inspection service and process.
• Interact with customers face-to-face in outdoor settings.
• Assist in field-based activities and stay active outdoors.
