Job summary

Southern National Roofing is seeking a Field Inspector to conduct ground-level roof-inspection outreach in residential neighborhoods. You will educate homeowners about the free inspection offer and schedule appointments for our in-home inspection team.

This is a full-time W-2 role with hourly pay, commission, and performance bonuses. The position emphasizes strong people skills and a path for advancement within a growing, award-winning roofing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work 40 hours between 9am–7pm, Mon–Sat.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Walk assigned residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners on their properties.
• Explain our free roof inspection service to homeowners.
• Schedule inspection appointments with homeowners for the in-home team.
• Educate homeowners about the inspection process and expectations.
• Perform basic, ground-level visual inspections and stay active outdoors.
