Job summary

Southern National Roofing is hiring for a Field Inspector / Appointment Setter. This full-time W-2 role focuses on identifying homes for free roof inspections and scheduling appointments with homeowners.

The position emphasizes customer interaction and a clear path to higher earnings based on performance. Ideal candidates come from backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant service, or similar roles and are comfortable talking to people face-to-face.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.
• Willingness to learn and ability to work 40 hours per week, Mon-Sat.

Responsibilities

• Walk assigned residential neighborhoods to identify homes that may qualify for a free roof inspection.
• Schedule inspection appointments with homeowners and the in-house inspection team.
• Explain the free roof inspection service and educate homeowners on the process.
• Work outdoors, stay active, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Assist in setting up appointments in a ground-based field role.
