Job summary

Southern National Roofing is hiring a Field Inspector in Monroe, NC. You will identify homes that may qualify for a free roof inspection and schedule appointments for our in-home inspection team.

This is a face-to-face, field-based role that helps homeowners understand the free inspection service and progresses to paid training and advancement. The position is full-time with on-site work, requires excellent communication, and offers weekly pay plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work 40 hrs between 9am–7pm, Mon–Sat.

Responsibilities

• Walk neighborhoods to identify homes that may qualify for a free roof inspection.
• Schedule inspection appointments with homeowners and educate them on our free roof inspection service.
• Conduct basic ground-level inspections and communicate findings to homeowners.
• Coordinate with in-home inspection team to set appointments and follow up.
