Job summary

Southern National Roofing is hiring a Field Inspector to identify homes that may qualify for a free roof inspection and schedule appointments with homeowners. You’ll be on-site in residential neighborhoods, explaining the service and setting inspections with our in-home team.

The role emphasizes face-to-face communication, a positive attitude, and strong work ethic. Training is provided; you’ll work 40 hours, Mon–Sat, with performance-based pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to work 40 hours between 9am–7pm, Mon–Sat.
• Comfortable talking to people face-to-face.
• Strong desire to succeed and professional appearance.
• Great communications skills required.

Responsibilities

• Walk assigned residential neighborhoods.
• Speak directly with homeowners at their homes.
• Perform basic, ground-level visual inspections.
• Explain our free roof inspection service.
• Schedule inspection appointments.
• Work outdoors and stay active.
