Job summary

Southern National Roofing is hiring a Field Inspector to identify homes that may qualify for a free roof inspection and to schedule inspections with homeowners. This on-site, field-based role emphasizes face-to-face communication and active, outdoor work.

Ideal candidates come from customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar backgrounds and are ready to start with paid training. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles and ability to communicate clearly.
• Able to explain inspection services and next steps to homeowners.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in residential neighborhoods.
• Proven reliability with a valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Walk assigned residential neighborhoods and talk with homeowners.
• Perform basic, ground-level inspections at homes.
• Explain the free roof inspection service to homeowners.
• Schedule inspection appointments for the in-home team.
• Work outdoors and stay active while representing the company.
• Maintain professional appearance and strong safety practices.
