Qualifications

• Reliable transportation capable of hauling a ladder.
• Ability to set up and climb ladders and inspect steep roofs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Experience with exterior restorations or insurance claim inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead site inspections and present a complete, fact-based damage picture.
• Capture measurements and photos on roofs, document in AccuLynx.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and meet buy-rate goals for inspections.
• Tell the story of the damage to help homeowners move forward.
