Legacy Restoration, LLC is seeking a full-time Field Inspector - Exterior Restorations and Insurance Claims Specialist in Kansas City, KS. You will lead on-site assessments, climb roofs, document findings in AccuLynx, and work with the PM to drive timely outcomes for homeowners.

You’ll start early, review scope, and maintain professional communication with adjusters, ensuring accurate damage storytelling and successful re-inspections. This role includes M-F 8:00–6:00 and Sat 9:00–2:00.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to travel to sites.
• Ability to set up and climb ladders for audits.
• Inspect steep and multi-story roofs and exterior environments.
• Work outdoors in varying weather and light conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead site inspections by reviewing the prepared scope and setting the tone at meetings.
• Capture measurements and photos; document everything in AccuLynx.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to stay on schedule and meet buy-rate goals.
• Tell a clear, fact-based story of the damage to help homeowners move forward.
