Legacy Restoration is hiring a full-time Field Inspector – Exterior Restorations and Insurance Claims Specialist in Huntley, IL. You will lead field assessments, capture precise data, and document findings in AccuLynx to support insurance claims and project decisions.

You’ll climb roofs, work outdoors in various conditions, and collaborate with the PM to meet inspection goals. Salary starts at $90,000 with robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation capable of hauling a ladder.
• Ability to set up and climb ladders, inspect steep and multi-story roofs, and safely navigate exterior environments.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable climbing steep roofs (12' pitch and higher).
• Familiarity with AccuLynx and prior experience with exterior restorations or insurance claim inspections.

Responsibilities

• Start early and review prepared scope, then lead at the site.
• Set the tone at adjuster meetings with a complete, fact-based picture of the damage.
• Capture measurements and photos, document in AccuLynx so nothing is lost.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and keep appointments on time.
• Aim to achieve buy-rate goals for initial and reinspection inspections.
• Tell the damage story clearly and help homeowners move forward.
