Southern National Roofing is hiring a Field Inspector to identify homes that may qualify for a free roof inspection and to schedule inspections with homeowners. You will operate in residential areas, inspect from ground level, and educate homeowners about our services. You are not required to climb roofs or sell.

The position is full-time, on-site, with a W-2 setup, training provided, and earning potential driven by performance through hourly pay, commission, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.
• Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, bartending, serving, or receptionist roles is valued.

Responsibilities

• Walk assigned residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners.
• Perform basic, ground-level visual inspections.
• Explain the free roof inspection service to homeowners.
